During my stay, the air conditioning was difficult to control and produced intermittent loud noises at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The shower head in the bathroom soaked the floor, leading to a messy situation every time I took a shower. Additionally, some furniture seemed worn out, which was disappointing for what I expected from a high-end hotel.

i had a great time at cpankara! the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially mr utku and ms. olcay. the hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, perfect for shopping. i loved the free access to the health club, especially the sauna and spa facilities. breakfast was tasty and enjoyable!
